Hello! My name is Yoseph. I am an experienced operational leader and producer.
Game jams can be chaotic. My role is to be the antidote to that chaos. I architect a smooth, efficient, and non-toxic workflow so our team can stay focused, creative, and actually ship a game we are proud of.
The Plan:
I am currently vetting low-ego, high-talent developers to join a dedicated Jam Cohort. We will use the holidays to vibe check and share resources, then form ad-hoc "Dream Teams" for 72-hour sprints starting in January 2026.
My Role:
The Producer & Integrator I function as the "stick" in the dango ๐ก—holding the team together so you don't fall apart.
The Squad We build exclusively in Godot and focus on 2D to ensure we finish. Narrative and Design are shared responsibilities across the whole team. I am looking to fill the roster with:

๐ก Visual Artists: Specializing in 2D (Pixel, Vector, or Hand Drawn).
๐กSound Designers: Capable of handling the full audio stack (SFX + Composition).
